Welcome to HappyFit; a monthly subscription full of transformational workouts including various Yoga styles, Physical Fitness, Thera-band Training, Pilates and a touch of yummy meditation.
The aim is to dedicate 30-40 minutes per day to yourself. Your mind and your body deserves to feel HAPPY and FIT. Therefore, the name HappyFit.

All the sessions are designed and arranged over a month's schedule in particular series to change the way you feel about, and see yourself. There are 21 workout days, because it takes 21 days to create a new habit. Let,s make it a healthy one!
